Description
Organic Sicilian Anelletti are an iconic traditional pasta from Palermo, made with organic durum wheat from Southern Italy, grown in natural rotation and processed using environmentally friendly methods. Cold milling, bronze die drawing, and slow drying (maximum 80°C for at least 6 hours) ensure a rough, porous pasta that perfectly holds sauces and condiments.
A product that combines taste, quality, and ethical commitment: the Libera Terra line is born from the reclamation of land confiscated from the mafia and the promotion of sustainable agriculture.
