Description
Etna Wild Fennel Rosolio is made from an ancient Sicilian recipe, handed down over time and carefully preserved. The wild fennel plants, harvested on the slopes of the volcano and selected one by one, are macerated in pure alcohol, following an artisanal process that respects the raw material and preserves every aromatic nuance.
Etna's wild fennel is a fragrant, spontaneous plant rich in digestive properties, growing vigorously thanks to the lava soil and unique climate of the Park. Its fresh, herbaceous, and slightly balsamic notes delicately blend into the rosolio, creating a clear, vibrant liqueur with an unmistakable flavor: a perfect balance of sweetness, aroma, and the characteristic freshness of fennel.
Thanks to its traditional production process, this rosolio preserves the aromatic and highly digestive properties of the plant, making it ideal as a dessert liqueur. Served cold, it releases all its natural fragrance and becomes the perfect companion to end a lunch or dinner with a light, fragrant, and profoundly Sicilian touch.
It is also excellent when combined with dry sweets, artisanal biscuits, herb tarts, or citrus desserts, and can be used to add an aromatic touch to creams, ice creams, and gourmet preparations. A liqueur that expresses its territory, tradition, and artisanal care in every sip.
